Coffee Tasting

The SCA Coffee Taster's Flavor Wheel is a tool that helps coffee professionals and enthusiasts identify and describe the flavors, aromas, and textures of coffee. The wheel consists of 110 descriptors that are arranged in concentric circles, from the most general (e.g. fruity, floral, nutty) to the most specific (e.g. raspberry, jasmine, almond). The wheel is based on the World Coffee Research Sensory Lexicon, which is a scientific and standardized vocabulary for coffee tasting.
